The UCL Academy will be a new 11-18 school, sponsored by UCL (University College London) opening in Swiss Cottage in Camden in September 2011.
UCL is an institution which was founded to ensure equality of access to education. It is therefore important to us that the UCL Academy supports students of all backgrounds and all abilities. The UCL Academy will not be a selective school. From September 2010, we will be taking applications for entry to Year 7 from 2011. Applicants for entry in 2011 should apply using Camden’s Common Admissions Form.
The UCL Academy will open in 2011 with 180 students in Year 7. It will grow year-on-year until it reaches its full capacity in September 2015. The Academy will begin to admit Sixth Form students for Level 3 (AS / A2 programmes) from September 2013. For information on admissions please click here.
