UCL is looking for a Vice-Principal to play a major role in creating an innovative, vibrant place to learn.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Principal, the sponsor and Governors to shape a new
curriculum and to lead the development of outstanding practice in teaching and learning.
The Vice-Principal will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Academy and for
establishing a culture of order, engagement, responsibility and commitment across the school.
We are looking for someone with passion, expertise and vision. In return, we offer an opportunity to work

Assistant Principal - Foundation level (year 7)
The sponsor and governors are seeking to recruit an experienced subject or pastoral leader with a passion for developing creative learning experiences for young people. The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader and an outstanding classroom practitioner, with an appreciation of best Primary practice and experience of supporting collaborative learning. The postholder will lead the introduction of the new International Middle Years Curriculum.
Assistant Principal - Level 3 (sixth form)
The sponsor and governors are seeking to recruit a highly successful sixth form leader with a proven track record of raising standards and achievement in this context. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with vision and passion to develop a holistic sixth form experience. The postholder must be able to foster a culture of high expectations and encourage aspiration in all students.
